摘要 目的 :建立骨肿瘤辅助诊断专家系统的推理模型 .方法 :通过对医学专家在骨肿瘤诊断实践中的方法研究 ,结合模糊集合论和医学统计理论建立量化的诊断模型 .结果 :提出和构建的骨肿瘤诊断模糊推理模型符合医学专家的诊断逻辑 ,而且推理模型中的隶属度可随辅助诊断系统对诊断案例的积累不断地自我调整 ,提高辅助诊断准确度 .结论 AIM: To build a reasoning model for osteo ma computer aided diagnostic expert system. METHODS: Quantitative diagnosis model was studied with fuzzy theory and medicine statistics after studying the methods used by medical specialists to diagnoses osteoma in practice. RESULTS: The reasoning model based on fuzzy theory accorded with doctors' diagnosis logic, and its argument could be adapted by itself adjusted with the increase of diagnostic cases, so the system's diagnosis accuracy would continuously be improved. CONCLUSION : Osteoma computer aided diagnostic expert system based on this model could effectively simulate the specialists ' diagnosi s.
