高血压脑病和高血压危象的护理

目的 :探讨高血压脑病及高血压危象的临床特点 ,以能及时识别并指导护理。方法 :比较高血压脑病与高血压危象的异同点。结果 :护理人员对高血压急症有了明确且深刻的认识 ,高血压危象的特点是以植物神经损害为主 ,全身症状重 ,护理要着重观察病情变化。高血压脑病的特点是以中枢神经损害为主 ,护理着重有抽搐的患者。结论 :在临床工作中 ,密切观察病情变化 ,进行卫生宣教 ,生活指导 ,让患者掌握与高血压相关的知识 ,有规律地用药 ,可降低高血压急症的发生率 ,改善预后 。

Objective:To investigate for clinical characteristic of hypertensive encephalopathy and hypertensive crisis for early diagnosis and better nursing Method: To compare common points and difference between hypertensive encephalopathy and hypertensive crisis(HC) Result:HE show central nervous system lesion,we should pay attention to prevent Conc^lusion:HC show sympathetic and para sympathetic nerve lesion,severe condition We should pay attention to observation,understanding related knowledge and proper medication can control their incidenly improve prognosis
