摘要
激活蛋白-1是与氧化应激相关的一类二聚体的转录调控因子。激活蛋白-1的活化在细胞增生、分化、转化、凋亡以及细胞外基质积聚中发挥重要作用。本文就其结构、活化及与肾脏固有细胞活化、实验性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病肾病、高血压肾损害和肾小管间质纤维化之间的关系作一综述。
