脑血管血液动力学(cerebralvascularhemodynamic,CVHD)检测是一种主要用于脑血管疾病诊断的无创伤性检测方法。其主要检测指标包括脑血管最大流速(Vmax)、最小流速(Vmin)、平均流速(Vmean)、平均血流量(Qmean)等运动学指标和外周阻力(RV)、特性阻抗(Zcv)、脉搏波波速(WV)、动态阻力(RV)、临界压(CP)、舒张压与临界压差值(DP)等动力学指标。CVHD检测指标能够从不同角度反映脑血管的功能的生理和病理状态,在脑血管疾病的病因研究、早期诊断、卒中高危人群筛检、预防和治疗效果观察以及预后研究中具有重要的应用价值。随着流体力学的研究进展和CVHD检测临床应用研究的深入,CVHD在脑血管病防治中发挥更为重要的作用。

Cerebral vascular hemodynamic(CVHD) analysis is a non invasive measure mainly for diagnosis of cerebral vascular disease. Parameters of CVHD include Vmax,Vmin,Vmean,Qmean,RV, Zcv,WV, RV,CP and DP,ect,which could reflect physiology and pathology status of cerebral vascular function in various point of view.CVHD analysis was provided with important role in study etiology,early diagnosis,high risk population screen,prevention,treatment and prognosis of cerebral vascular disease.As hymodynanic principle and clinic application go deep into study, CVHD will play more important role in the area of cerebral vascular disease prevention and cure.
