A Projection Pursuit Model for Comprehensive Evaluation of Irrigation District Reconstruction

建立了灌区改造综合评价的投影寻踪模型 ,利用该模型可将灌区改造综合评价的多个指标投影为一投影特征值 ,根据投影特征值的大小进行客观评价 ,整个过程无人为干扰 ,操作简便 ,便于在生产实践中应用。

With projection pursuit technique, a comprehensive evaluation model for irrigation district reconstruction is developed in this paper. The model can provide a comprehensive evaluation projection index, based on all evaluation indexes of irrigation district reconstruction, and thereafter give a reasonable assessment result. In the evaluation progress, no artificial effects are imposed and practical operation is relative easy.
