摘要
针对高速犁体曲面的最优化问题 ,提出用一种新的鲁棒全局优化算法——改进的遗传算法 ,并采用该算法求解犁体曲面。通过 64 0 0个数值试验优选出遗传算子 ,用 Turbo C语言编制了相应的软件进行了仿真试验。试验结果表明 ,该方法能较成功地解决犁体曲面优化设计时高度非线性函数优化求解难的问题 ,求解时间是复合形法的 1/3 60。
This paper puts forward a new intelligent overall optimal algorithm, i.e., improved genetic algorithm, to work out the problem of high speed moldboard plow surface for the first time. The best genetic operator can be attained by processing 6400 calculations. A corresponding program is compiled in Turbo C language, the results of the simulation experiment show that the resolving time is 1/360 of the compound method, the specific resistance is reduced by 10.68% and the drag force is reduced by 6.16%.
