3S技术及其在林地管理中的应用

3S Technology and Its Application in Management of Woodland

通过分析我国林地资源管理的现状,认为我国林地资源的管理主要在领导干部思想素质、林地资源管理体系、林地产权制度、价格评估和对森林的资源的调查与监测等方面存在问题。分析了3S技术在林地管理中的作用,提出了应用3S技术来促进林地资源可持续管理。

This paper analyses the status of the use and management of woodland resource.It puts forward some problems in the use and management of woodland such as property right of woodland,system of management,diathesis of administrator,price evaluation of woodland.It suggests use 3S to manage woodland as to promote the sustainable management of woodland resource.
