神经元芯片的应用

摘要 介绍了 M otorola公司生产的神经元芯片 MC14 3150和 MC14 312 0结构。这两种神经元芯片的特点是具有三个 8位处理器、11个可编程 I/O口、7层通信协议 ,提供了所有处理输入信号和控制信号的关键功能 ,并且可通过多媒体形式传递控制信息。本文在对芯片结构分析的基础上 ,结合神经元芯片的特点 ,对它的应用进行了讨论。提供了这两种芯片在处理 DA Cs和 ADCs信号 ,驱动七段译码显示器的应用方法 ,并给出一个运用神经元 [2 ] C语言对 MC14 3150进行编程 ,去控制 M C14 489的例子 ,由于硬件设计的软化 ,从而使得硬件数量减少 ,设计效率提高。 The neuron chips MC14350 and MC143120 are introduced in this paper. These two kinds of chips have a lot of characteristics, such as three 8 bit processors, 11 I/O ports which can be programmed and have communication protocols of 7 layres. These chips provide all key functions to process inputting signals and controlling signals. The neuron chips transfer all controlling information through multimedia. Based on the analysis of the structure and special features, the neuron chips application is discussed. A new method has been provided separtely for processing DACs and ADCs signals, driving 7 segment coding display. The programs are designed in neuron C, and MC14489 is controlled by MC143150. Because the function of hardware is realized by software and the number of hardware are reduced, and the efficiency in hardware designing has been improved obviously.
