摘要
目的 考察私立学校教师心理及其影响因素。方法 应用 SCL— 90、社会支持、简易应对方式和一般自我效能感等量表测量私立学校教师的心理健康状况、社会支持程度、应对方式和自信心。结果 私立学校的教师在 SCL— 90各因子(除了人际关系以外 )都高出国内常模 ,而且心理健康状况与社会支持、消极的应对方式和自我效能感以及年龄相关显著。结论 私立学校的教师心理健康值得关注 。
Objective To exam the mental health of teachers in private school and factors affecting the mental health.Methods A sample of 88 primary and middle school teachers in two private schools were administrated with the Symptom Checklist 90?the Social Support Self-Rating scale?the Simple Ways of Coping Questionnaire and the General Self-efficacy Scale.Results Compared with the normal model in China,significant differences were found in most factors of SCL-90.SCL-90 was negatively corrected with scores of SSRS?GSES and age.There was also significant correlation between SCL-90 and negative SWCQ.Conclusion The mental health of teachers in private school should be thought of.
