肝脏第Ⅰ、Ⅳ段独特的血液动力学及相关假性病变的CT分析 被引量：10

摘要 体循环的某些静脉可以向肝脏第Ⅰ、Ⅳ段供血,形成独特的血液动力学,并因此在该区形成假性病变,增强CT检查时表现为异常灌注区,以及在异常灌注区的基础上所形成的易与肝脏肿瘤性病变相混淆的局灶性脂肪肝和弥漫性脂肪肝中的正常“肝岛”。综述了肝脏第Ⅰ、Ⅳ段独特的血液动力学的形成及这些假性病变的CT表现。
