肝细胞癌伴门静脉癌栓的介入治疗进展
摘要
肝细胞癌伴门静脉癌栓的临床发生率较高,癌栓可通过门静脉血流向肝内外播散,导致肿瘤术后复发与转移,临床预后极差。既往缺乏理想的介入治疗方法。近年来,随着分子生物学与影像医学的不断发展与完善,有关门静脉癌栓的发生发展机制被进一步阐明,其临床介入治疗的研究亦取得了可喜的突破。
