前列腺实质性结节超声显像与病理组织学的联系

A relation of ultrasonic images of prostate parenchymal nodes to histopathology

目的 :探讨前列腺实质性结节的超声显像与病理组织学的联系 ,以提高超声诊断前列腺实质性结节的准确性。方法 :分析 56例前列腺实质性结节的声像图特征 ,并应用病理学方法对手术切除的标本进行处理观察。结果 :前列腺实质性结节声像图 ,边界回声特征最为重要 ,是肿块良、恶性鉴别的关键。前列腺癌结节表现为结节前、侧缘有不规则的强回声 ,与癌组织浸润有关。前列腺良性结节多表现边界清晰光整 ,侧缘回声减弱 ,与结节包膜连续完整有关。结论

Objective:To study the characteristics of ultrasonic images of prostate parenchymal nodes,and to determine the diagnostic value of the characteristics of various ultrasonic images.Methods:The characteristics of ultrasonic images of prostatic nodes were compared with histopathological examinations in 56 patients. Results:Prostatic cancers mostly showed irregular strong echoes on the anterior and lateral sides of the nodes,and benign tumors mostly showed the clear and smooth borders and weak echoes on the sides of the nodes. Conclusion:The characteristics of border echoes are most impotant in the ultrasonic diasnosis in prostatic nodes.They are the key to distinguishing the malignant tumor from the benign.The degree of echo decrease on posterior nodes is reated to the content of fibrotissue of tumors and to the nature of tumors.
