摘要
目的 :探讨脂肪抑制技术在肝脏MRI中的应用价值。方法 :对经手术病理证实或临床诊断的 66例 (其中正常1 7例 ,病变 49例 )作了脂肪抑制的肝脏MRI图像进行评分 ,并对其中 44例计算肝脏及其病灶的信噪比 (SNR)、对比噪声率 (CNR)。结果 :在显示肝脏及其病灶时 ,脂肪抑制与非脂肪抑制序列间并无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :在肝脏MRI时 ,常规非脂肪抑制序列仍是基本的成像序列 。
Objective:To evaluate the value of fat suppression techniques in MRI of liver.Methods:The MR imaging of 66 subjects(including 17 normal volunteers,49 patients with the hepatic diseases proved by surgery or clinical materials)was assessed by the interpreters'impression of liver and hepatic lesions.The 44 subjects of which was analysesed by calculating signal to noise ratios(SNR)and contrast to noise ratios(CNR) for hepatic lesions and liver. Results:For depiction of liver and hepatic lesions,we found no statistically significant preference for either fat suppuessed or no fat suppressed pulse sequence.Conclusion:Conventional no fat suppression techniques are useful in MR imaging of liver,FS technique is need sometimes.
