噪声对作业女工健康的影响

The effect of noise on the health of female workers

目的 了解噪声对作业女工健康的影响。方法 选择某市某市接触噪声的档车女工为噪声接触组和不接触噪声的商场女工为对照组,进行询问调查并进行五官科、心电图检查、血压测定和听力测试。结果 神经衰弱、高频听损和语频听损检出率,噪声组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。接噪工龄>10 a的高频听力和语频听力损伤检出率均高于接触工龄<5 a和5～10 a的女工。噪声组的高血压和窦性心律不齐和窦性心动过缓的检出率也明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论噪声不仅可引起高频和语频听力损伤,还会对神经系统和心血管系统有影响,应加强全面的健康监护。

[Objective] To understand the effect of noise on the health of female workers. [Methods] Noise - exposed and non - noise -exposed female workers were chosen to form the expose group and contrast group. Test of five sense organs, electrocardiogram, blood pressure and audio test were taken on the two groups. [Results] The detectable rate of neurosism, high frequency audio damage and verbal frequency audio damage in expose group is significantly higher than that in the contrast group ( P < 0.01) . The detectable rate of high frequency audio damage and verbal frequency audio damage among those who has longer working age than 10a is higher than those less than 10a. The detectable rate of hypertension and sinus brandycardia is also significantly higher than that of contrast group ( P < 0.01) . [Conclusion] High frequency audio damage and verbal frequency audio damage can be caused by noise. It can also affect nervous system and cardiovascular system. Supervision on health condition should be strengthened.
