中晚期肺癌的血管性介入治疗效果

Angio -interventional therapy effect of mid -advanced lung cancer of 286 cases

目的探索肺癌中晚期经血管介入治疗的方法和疗效。方法采用Seldinger技术,股动脉穿刺后,将4～6F的Cobra导管插入支气管动脉,DSA观察,确认癌肿血管后,注入抗癌药物并栓塞。结果临床症状有改善,总有效率达63.82%。结论此方法创伤小,不良反应小,可以住门诊室治疗,患者易于接受,可以作为中、晚期患者的主要治疗方法之一。

Objective To explore the methods and clinical effect of angio-interventional therapy for mid-advanced lung cancer.Methods The Seldinger technique was selected to puncture femoral artery.A4-6F Cobra canal was inserted into bronchial artery.After distinguished the tumors blood vessel by DSA,the anticarcinoma drugs were filled,and the suppling-tumor artery was embolized.Results Clinical effect were improved,the total efficiency rate was63.82%.Conclusion Angio-interventional therapy is less trauma and little adverse reaction,so some patients can get the therapy in out-patient department,thus most patients welcome it.The method can be regarded as a main treatment for middle stage and advanced lung cancer.
