腭垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征21例

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF UVULOPALATOPHARYNGOPLASTY FOR OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA SYNDROME ON 21 CASES

目的 探讨提高阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)疗效的方法。方法 采用腭垂腭咽成形术 (UPPP)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者 2 1例。结果 随访 0 .5～ 1年 ,治愈 33 % ,显效 52 % ,复发 1 5 % ,总有效率 85 %。结论 UPPP是治疗OSAS的主要方法 ,但该术式一般只能解决口咽狭窄 ,而部分患者同时伴有下咽部狭窄 ,使其疗效降低。

objective To explore the methods to improve the effects of OSAS. Methods 21 cases of OSAS were treated with UPPP. Results the patients had been followed-up for 6-12 months, of which 7 were cured,11 were improved,3 were recurrent after 6 months, and the total effective rate was 85%.There were no serious complations in the subset. Conclusion UPPP is an effective treatment for OSAS.
