酸性成纤维细胞生长因子促血管内皮细胞增殖的实验研究 被引量:4

The experimental research on the role of acidic fibroblast growth factor in the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells.

摘要 目的探讨酸性成纤维细胞因子 (aFGF)对体外培养的大鼠主动脉内皮细胞生长的影响。方法通过组织块培养法获取主动脉内皮细胞。将aFGF(10ng/ml)加入内皮细胞的培养液中作为实验组 ,不加aFGF的作为对照组。分别在2 4、48和 72小时行细胞计数。结果从大鼠主动脉成功地获取了内皮细胞。 3天内 ,实验组和对照组的主动脉内皮细胞都有不同程度地增殖 ,2 4小时内两组无明显区别 ,48小时和 72小时两组相比有非常明显的统计学差别 (P <0 .0 1)。结论aFGF有非常明显的促进血管内皮细胞生长的作用 。 Objective To explore the effect of acidic fibroblast growth factor(aFGF) on the growth of rat aortic endothelial cells cultured in vitro.Methods Aortic endothelial cells were gained through tissue culture.AFGF(10ng/ml) was added into culture of aortic endothelial tissue,as experimental group.The number of cells was counted at 24 h,48 h and 72 h.Results Endothelial cells were successfully gained from rat aortic.In 3 days,the aortic endothelial cells showed different proliferation in experimental and control groups.There was no obvious difference in 24 h but there was statistical difference between the two groups in 48 h and 72 h(P<0.01).It was proved that aFGF could stimulate the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells.Conclusion aFGF has a very strong proliferative effect on endothelial cells,which is helpful to the treatment of ischemic myocardial disease.
