眼内异物的B型超声扫描诊断分析

The B scan ultrasound diagnosis in ocular foreign body.

目的 分析眼异物在B型超声扫描探查中的声像学特点及定位的优势 ,为临床诊断提供依据。方法 采用眼科专用A、B型两用超声波扫描仪 ,对 38例眼异物进行探查。结果 本组 38例中 32例经B超探查发现异物回声 ,异物检出率为 84 2 % (32 / 38) ,其中眼内异物 2 2例 (57 9% ) ;眼球壁异物 9例 (2 3 7% ) ;眶内异物 1例 (2 6 % )。有 30例行X光或CT检查 ,结果 2 3例发现异物 ,异物检出率为 76 6 % (2 3/ 30 ) ,其中眼内异物 1 6例(53 3 % ) ;眼球壁异物 4例 (1 3 3% ) ;眶内异物 3例 (1 0 0 % )。结论 B型超声探查对于眼内异物 。

To analyze the acoustic character and location su periority of B scan ultrasound examination in ocular foreign body.Metho ds 38 cases of ocular foreign body were scaned using opthalmic A & B ul trasound scanner(BVI,France).Results The foreign bodies were found in 32 cases using B scan.Th e examination percentage of foreign body was 84.2%(32/38).Among them intraocular f oreign body cases were 22(57.9%),the cases of foreign body in eye ball wall were 9(23.7%),intraorbital foreign body case was 1(2.6%).30 cases were examed by X r ay or CT.23 cases were found foreign bodies and the foreign body examination ra te was 76.6%(23/30).Among them,16 cases were intraocular foreign bodies(53.3%),4 cases of foreign body in eyeball wall( 13.3% ) and 3 cases of intraorbital fo reig n body(10.0%).Conclusion Ultrasound examination has diagnostic va lue for intraocular foreign body,especially foreign body in eyeball wall.
