外伤性及手术后晶状体脱位的手术方法比较

A clinical study on traumatic dislocation of lens in 26 cases

目的 评价多方法系统治疗晶状体脱位的疗效。方法 在 2 6例 (2 6眼 )晶状体脱位及术前并发症的手术治疗过程中 ,根据患者的病情 ,选择适当术式 ,充分运用眼科新技术 ,新材料 ,如 :无缝线小切口、晶状体超声乳化、晶状体切除、玻璃体切除 连续环形撕囊 ,人工晶状体囊袋内缝合固定 ,带虹膜人工晶状体植入 ,晶状体囊张力环的应用以及重水、硅油、惰性气体的应用等 ,并作系统治疗。结果 2 6例脱位晶状体均顺利摘出 ,其术前并发症亦得到有效处理 ,术后矫正视力较术前提高者 2 4眼 (92 3 % ) ,不变者 2眼(0 76% ) ,其中≥ 0 3者 1 5眼 (57 6 % )。结论 对于晶状体脱位 ,根据患眼病情 ,灵活选择术式 ,并充分运用现代眼科新技术 。

To evaluate the efficiency of the treatment in dis location of lens.Methods During operation on 26 eyes,differe nt ways according to different cases were used,such as suturelles small incision ,phacoemuls ification,lensectomy and vitrectomy,continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis,intraoc ular lens trans scleral fixation,black disphragm intraocular lens implantation ,tension ring,perfluorocarbon liquids,silicone oil,inert air,and sys tematical treatment.Results Dislocations of lens on 26 eyes were all taken off smoo thly.Complications before operation were treated successful.The visual acuity in 15 eyes were higher than 0.3(57.6%).Conclusion According to d ifferent cases,select different ways to treat lens dislocation.It could improvee patient's visual acuity and decrease complications.
