硬核白内障改良小切口囊外摘出术

Extracapsular cataract extraction in sclerotic nucleus cataract through a small incision

目的 探讨小切口对硬核 (IV+ /V)白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术的应用。方法 本组 58眼采用颞上象限或鼻上象限 5 5～ 6mm挑眉式巩膜切口 ,应用ACM维持前房稳定深度 ,象限咬切法娩核 ,囊袋内完成ECCE及IoL植入。结果 术后 3天裸眼视力≥ 0 6者 32眼 (55 2 % ) ,术后 1月裸视力≥0 6者 46眼 (79 3 % ) ,术后无严重并发症 ,角膜散光明显减少。结论 对硬核白内障 ,小切口囊外摘出术效果良好。此法无需复杂设备 。

To evaluate the advantages of extrracapsular cata ract extraction of IV +/V grade sclerotic cataract with IOL implantation throu gh a small incision.Methods 58 eyes of cataract were performed ECCE and IOL implant ation through 5.5～6 mm brownshaped sclera incision with ACM(anterior chanber ma intainer) and Akura's quarters extraction technique.Results The uncorrected vision of 32 eyes (55.2%) were better t han 0.6 after three days,46 eyes (79.3%) were better than 0.6 after a month,ther e was no serious complications after operation.The corneal astigmatism reduced. Conclusion Small incision is very important to IV +/V gra de nuc leus cataract,this method shall popularize easily for extensive basic hospitals, benefit our country.
