养心活血方治疗快速心律失常92例

Treatment of Rapid Arrhythmia by "Heart-Nourishing and Blood-Activating Decoction" in 92 Cases

观察自拟中医养心活血方治疗快速心律失常的作用和疗效。将 138例快速心律失常患者随机分组 ,治疗组92例用养心活血方 ,对照组 4 6例用西药心律平治疗 ,疗程均为 4周。结果 :治疗组治愈率 4 4 6 % ,总有效率 91 3% ,对照组分别为 30 4 %、76 1% ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组并有较好的缓解临床症状和降低血脂作用。

To observe the clinical efficacy of self made 'Heart Nourishing and Blood Activating Decoction' in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia,138 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 92 cases were treated with this Decoction and control group in which 46 cases were treated with propafenone,both with a course of 4 weeks.Results:In treatment group the cure rate was 44 6% and the total effective rate was 91 3%;in control group the cure rate was 30 4% and the total effective rate was 76 1%,with striking differences ( P <0 05);in treatment group,the clinical symptoms are greatly improved and the blood lipid reduced obviously.It is revealed that the Decoction has positive effects in treating rapid arrhythmia.
