拔瘰丹治疗先天性耳前瘘管36例

Ba Luo Dan"for Congenital Anterior Auricular Fistula in 36 Cases

对 36例先天性耳前瘘管患者采用中医中药分期治疗 ,酿脓期内服解毒排脓汤 ,外敷清热消肿膏 ;脓溃管存期用拔瘰丹腐蚀拔管 ;收口期外用生肌散。结果 :36例全部治愈 ,观察一年无复发。拔瘰丹拔管用法讲究 ,可免手术之苦。

Thirty six subjects were treated by Chinese medicine by stages:in suppurative stage,'Pai Nong Decoction'was orally taken and 'Qing Re Xiao Zhong Ointment'was externally applied;in fistulizating stage,'Ba Luo Dan'was topically used;in healing stage,'Sheng Ji Powder'was externally applied.Results:36 cases were all cured and no relapse was found in the next follow up survery.
