Innovation of production control planning can promptly and exactly reflect the movement and quantity of WIP in various stages of production line. Mathematics models such as production cycle model designed according to the principle of econometrics can control and adjust the stock in production chains effectively and reduce the inertia of production. Through reform of information processing, production management is ensured to respond quickly to market.
