试论公共行政学硕士培养中的一些基本问题

On Some Basic Problems in Public Administration Science Master's Education

本文论述了公共行政学硕士培养中必须解决的四个基本问题 :在学科设置取向上 ,应该考虑中国行政管理研究的终极目标、世界行政管理研究的趋势和发展方向以及现实的国际环境 ;在课程设置上要与学科设置取向保持一致 ,突出重点和特色 ,同时要与本科课程相区别 ;在教学方法上 ,要遵循思想性、研究性和形象化原则 ;最后 ,要分清公共行政学硕士与MPA的关系 ,它们在培养目标和知识能力结构上不同 ,但在教学方法和师资力量支持方面应该相同。

Four basic problems in public administration science master's education are discussed. About the establishment of subject, it will be thought as the final aim of China's public administration research, the tendency of public administration in the world and international environment nowadays;On the planning ofcurriculum, it must be identical with subject's establishment, laying stress onthe key points and characteristic and distinguishing with subjects of undergraduate course;On the measures of teaching, the principles of ideological, academic and figuratively must be following;Finally, the relations of public administration science master and MPA can distinguish on educational aim and the structure of knowledge and abilities,but on teaching measures and the supporting of teacher staff are identical.
