摘要
本文从教育服务是一种商业存在谈起 ,认为学生作为教育服务的接受者具有消费者的属性。由“学生消费者”的由来入手 ,分析“学生消费者”的含义、其权利特征及其对高校管理带来的挑战 ,并由此提出若干相应的对策和建议。
According to the idea that education is a commercial service, the student should be considered as a consumer. This opinion is called Student Consumerism in western countries. The author analyzes the definition, the student's rightas a consumer and the challenge that the universities and colleges will encounter.In the end, some suggestions are presented.
