The modernization process for China's administrative legal system is continuously quickening and has gradually gone into a highly efficient, democratic and legal track. The specific problems still to be addressed are speeding the perfection of the administrative law system, maintaining the unity of the legal system, strengthening the participation mechanism for all citizens, promoting the harmonious development of public administration, push forward the construction of e-government and advancing the reform of China's government system.
