摘要
对于技术供给和技术储备不足的中国来说 ,要想在激烈竞争的国际分工中争取主动 ,就必须营造有利于技术创新的环境 ,建立更加积极的公共技术政策体系 ,调整国家投资结构 ,提高国家技术投资效率 ;积极培育风险投资 ,为创新与产业化拓宽投融资渠道。
Both the economic globalization and thenew technology revolution have already changed the industrial technological innovation path greatly in 21century. In order to adopt this situation, bothdeveloped countries and some NICs have adjusted theirtechnology innovation model accordingly. As for China,because of its shortage in technology supply andpreparation, thus it is urgent to create atechnology-oriented environment, increase input in R&Dand establish venture investment.
