Exploitation and Control Countermeasures to the Non-metallic Building Materials in Jiangsu

江苏建材非金属矿产资源的开发利用在全省矿业经济中占有重要地位 ,但相应带来了市场竞争剧烈、资源优质劣用、生态环境恶化、安全事故频发等问题 ,为此 ,必须加大市场管理力度、综合治理 ,促进江苏矿业秩序的根本好转。

With abundant reserves, wide distribution, various types, the exploitation and application of non-metallic building material, such as kaolin, attapulgite clay, bentonite, limestone, dolostone, ceramic clay, basalt, china stone and quartz sand, play an important role in the mining economy in Jiangsu Province, however, there are also some serious problems, for example, drastic market competition, poor utilization for minerals, execrable entironment and frequent safety accidents. Then, in order to promote straightening up at all of the mining industry in Jiangsu Province, seven aspects of countermeasures for those problems are offered including perfect lawmaking and law enforcing, establishment of mining rights market, good system of management and supervision, improvement of technical and processing level, value-added development of mineral products, fine environment protection, rational utilization and development.
