针舌偏摆量的大小直接影响织针的使用性能,这也是国内织针与国外先进织针差距最大的指标之一。由于针舌重量轻,截面很小,所以承受常规量具的接触测力易产生弹性或塑性变形,甚至断裂。本文介绍了用电磁原理设计的针舌偏摆检测仪的参数及使用效果。

Deflection of needle-latch directly affects performance of knitting needle which is one of the main shortcomings of home-made needles in comparision with the advanced ones from abroad. Elastic or plastic deformation or even breakage of needle latches are likely to take place due to their light weights and small sections when common measuring tools are used to determine the deflection. Here presented before you are the specifications and the afterworking res- ults of a new defectometer based on electro-magnetic principle.
