随着新型益板、锡林、道夫、刺辊针布的不断开发,如何选择配套针布来进一步提高产品质量?这是纺织厂共同关心的一个问题。本文通过论述配套、使用上的一些看法,解决纺织厂技术人员怎样配套使用新型针布的实用性问题,并把经实践收到的提高产品质量的效果和在降低使用原棉的等级,保持产品质量,而取得经济效益的经验和数据进行分析,从而得出:新型针布的采用,提高了纺织品的竞争力,是适合我国国情,行之有效的一项短、平、快措施。

With the uninterrupted development of new card clothings for flat,cyli- nder,doffer and taker-in,the correct selection of card clothings to raise ya- rn quality becomes common interests to all the cotton mills.Through discour- se upon card clothing's matching and application,the paper offers techhicians of cotton mills the way to solve the practical problems occurred in matching new type card clothings.Some analyses are done to the data and experience gained in practice whereby quality of products has been raised and grade of raw cotton lowered.The author concludes on the base of these analyses that application of new type card clothing makes textiles more competitive,thus becoming an efficient and short way to China's textile industry.
