An Exploratary Application of Chrome-plated Flange Rings in The Linencotton Blending Process

普通钢领用在亚麻棉混纺粗号纱上,一般使用寿命只有3个月,而镀铬钢领可使用2年以上,且断头稳定,经济效益明显。本文对镀铬钢领的耐磨机理作了初步分析,并指出了使用镀铬钢领应注意的问题。

Generally speaking,the service life of conventional rings for Linencottoncoarse yarns blending process is only three months,while chrome-plated ringslast more than two years with stable yarn breakage and marked economlc pr-ofits.This paper comes up with an elementary analysis of the wear-resistingmechanism of chrome-plated rings,giving some advices for handling the ringsas well.
