对棉条筒上口的三种形式即翻边式、上口箍式和装配式的制作、使用等作了分析。托盘高度则宜加大,以提高其稳定性。筒底与滑轮的装配则以有滑轮架为好,既便于装拆又延长条筒使用寿命。最后,提出在外甲箍外缘处加焊钢环以减少外甲箍磨耗。

An enalysis is done in this paper to the fabrication and usage of the thr-ee types of upper end of sliver cans:rolled out,top hooped and top hoop-topsleeve assembled.In order to increase stability the hight of supporting plateis recommended to be increased.It is preferably to fix castors to the can baseby castor stands so that assembling and disassembling can be simplified andthe service life of sliver can prolonged.The paper concludes with the recomm-endation that a steel ring be welded on the outer edge of the hoop to minim-ise the wear to the outer hoop.
