摘要
研究了灵芝(Ganodermalucidum)CJXN-9802的原生质体形成和影响原生质再生的各因素,其中包括酶,温度,渗透压调节剂和菌龄等。并对灵芝原生质体进行了紫外照射诱变,筛选获得了快速生长的诱变菌株。诱变株之一的灵芝CJXN-980222菌株硒含量有很大的提高,比出发株提高9.4%,生物量比出发株高14.3%。
Protoplasts were isolated from Ganoderma lucidum CJXN9802. Factors including enzymes, hypha age, osmotants, and temperature were studied with respect their influence on protoplast production. Rapid growth mutants were obtained through screening from UVlight irradiated protoplasts. One of the mutants CJXN980222 showed increase in biomass 9.4% and 14.3% increase in Se+4 content, compared with the original strain.
