Quality of Dwelling Space and Humanization

高层建筑在一定程度上解决了人口增长与资源匮乏的矛盾,标志着现代科学技术的发展水平,同时也伴随产生了“摩天大楼综合症”等异化现象。高层住宅更使人邻里关系淡漠,人与人、人与自然缺乏交流。本文旨在探讨如何以人性化设计思想来满足人与人、人与自然的交流与亲和,从而提高高层住宅的空间品质与环境品质等问题。

As the signals of modern scientific and technological development levels,high buildings may provide a way to solve the discrepancies between population growth and limited resources in some degree.However,there arose″skyscraper syndromes″and other related abnormal phenomena in the meantime.Besides,there were apathetic relationships and rare communications between neighbors dwelling in high buildings.The aim of this paper is to explore humanized design concepts that could meet the requirements of the communications and affinity between peoples,people and nature,and increase the quality of space and environment in high buildings.
