摘要 介绍一种头部带挡块的单孔喷油嘴在直喷式柴油机上的应用,该喷油嘴的特点是利用喷嘴头部挡块对油束的遮挡作用,以改变油束方向,并使油束在撞击挡块时产生油滴的二次雾化,达到加大油束在空气中的散布面积,从而提高燃油与空气混合速率。通过试验表明,在190型小缸径直喷式柴油机燃浇系统中应用该技术,既可保持直喷式柴油机的良好启动性和低油耗的优点,同时又能降低制造成本和对燃油品质的要求。 The application of a singlehole nozzle with a specially designed tip to a direct injection diesel is introduced. Through fuel spray impulsing, the tip changes the spraying direction of fuel and makes the second atomization, which enlarges the fuel diffusing angle and improves the mixing rate of fuel with air. The results of the experiment which was carried out on a 190 Mode Direct Injection Diesel Engine show that by using this technology in the direct injection combustion system,the advantage of easy starting and less fuel consumption is kept,and in the meanwhile,the manufacture cost is reduced,and the requirement in the fuel quality lowered.
