Volume Displacement Measure Using Piezoelectric Sensors for a Vibrating Structure

摘要 以简支板为例 ,提出一种新的压电式传感器的设计方法测量体积位移 通过在板表面布置一组相同形状的矩形PVDF薄膜作为传感器 ,然后通过对这组PVDF传感器的输出信号设计相应的加权系数 ,使加权后输出信号之和等于体积位移 研究表明这种传感器设计方法与辐射体表面上的外激励力性质 (如激励力类型、频率以及位置等 ) With a shown example of simple supported plate, a new piezoelectric sensor design is presented to measure volume displacement. An array of rectangular segments of PVDF film attached on the surface of the plate is taken as sensor. The output signals of the PVDF films are multiplied by appropriate weights so that the weighted combinations of the outputs directly lead to the volume displacement of the plate. It is shown that this sensor design is independent of the external excitation properties such as type, magnitude, position, and etc
