摘要
发动机和发电机是串联式混合电动汽车的主动力源 (PS) ,为保证发电机输出稳定的工作电压 ,发动机应在恒速控制系统的作用下运行于最佳状态 ,使之在负载变动的情况下保持转速不变 ,功率不变 ,油耗最低 在分析串联式混合电动汽车的能量流和发动机的控制策略的基础上 ,依据自动控制原理及计算机控制技术 ,讨论了发动机恒速控制系统的计算机控制方法 ,给出了控制系统的控制电路 采用了PID控制算法 ,讨论了PID控制中各参数的整定 。
The unit of engine and generator is the primary power source(PS) in the series hybrid vehicle . To ensure the generators'steady output voltage, the engine should be controlled to the optimum condition to maintain its static rotating speed, output power and minimum fuel consumption, in spite of changing load. Based on the analysis of power stream of the series hybrid vehicle, the control strategy of the engine, the principle of automatic control, and the method of computer control of the constant speed are studied. Control circuit of the system is designed and PID algorithm is provided. The parameters of PID control are selected, and the simulation of the control system by MATLAB is also made.
