摘要
随着人工心脏研究、应用的发展 ,装置的可携带性、受者的舒适性变得越来越重要 人工心脏除了装置本体的体积需要更加紧凑 ,其附属装置 ,比如电池、控制系统的体积也要减小 ,同时须保证整个系统的易用性、可靠性 为配合我所最新研制的滚动轴承和洗刷系统的叶轮血泵及永磁磁浮叶轮血泵的驱动和控制 ,使血泵能够输出符合生理要求的搏动血流量和压力 ,以及装置的微型化需要 ,笔者参考无刷电机驱动控制芯片ML4 42 8的资料 ,并根据笔者以往的控制系统研制经验 ,对人工心脏的控制系统进行了设计、优化 。
With the development and application of artificial heart, the device portability and acceptor comfortability have become more and more important. For example, the power and control system must be not only small in volume but also reliable and easy to use. According to the above requirements, and with the aid of the chip ML4428 specially used for driving control of brushless motor, we designed an optimum control system for the permanent maglev impeller blood pump, which can change its rotating speed periodically to produce physiological blood flow and pressure. The experimental results showed the sound performance of the control device.
