摘要
大学竞技体育在我国已经走过了 16个年头 ,在这历史性的时刻如何进行发展呢 ?笔者从五个方面提出了对大学竞技体育战略性研究的迫切性 ,即新旧《规划》交替之际的需要 ;2 1届大学生运动会后的反思 ,2 0 0 8奥运会申办成功的需要 ;我国体育“举国体制”的需要 ;体育市场化、社会化的需要 ;教育体制改革的需要。并在此基础上探讨了在战略研究中应注意的一些问题。
The college sports has been 16 years history in China, but how to develop in the future?This paper discusses on the important of studying in strategic planning from 5 aspects. Namely the need of changing old strategic planning, the need of rethink of 21st universiade and holding right of 2008 Olympic Games, the need of reforming our sports system, the need of sports commercialize and socialize, and the need of reforming education system. Based on this the author provides some questions for study of strategic planning of college sports.
