基于颜色信息的视频检索系统的实现

Realization of a video retrieval system based on color information

针对某些电视台在转播节目时需要自动切换图像内容的要求,设计并实现了一套视频检索系统。这套系统充分利用彩色图像的颜色信息和颜色直方图的唯一性,通过计算两帧图像之间简化的直方图距离来判断它们是否相似。从实验结果看,这套系统能够快速、准确地从序列中检索出“感兴趣”的图像,并且自动切换成自己的视频内容,在“感兴趣”序列结束时也能快速地给出相应判断,整个系统基本满足应用的要求。

This paper designs and realizes a video retrieval system for rebroadcasting the program which needs to switch the video content automatically.The color information in TV video signals and the unique color histogram are used in this system.And this system judges the comparability by calculating simple distance between these two histograms.Experimental results show that this system can be used to search″interested″images quickly and accurately.And then own programs can be switched automatically.At the end of″interested″images,it can also give corresponding judgment.As a whole,this sys-tem basically meets the application requirements.[
