提出了一种利用线阵CCD传感器作为接收装置 ,以 82 5 3可编程芯片实现自动测量并实时显示测量结果的平板玻璃厚度测量系统 ;论述了系统的工作原理和软硬件的实现 ,分析了系统的测量误差 ;证明了系统的可行性和先进性 ,系统具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。

*'An automeasuring system of thinkness of flat glass is advanced.This system uses linear CCD sensor as the detector instead of reading microscope,and realizes automeasuring and displaying results using 8253 CMOS chip.The principle and the realization of the hardware and software are discussed.The measuring error of the system is analyzed.The feasibility and progress of system is augued.The system has upper practical value and application prospect.
