摘要
运用文献资料的方法从正、负两方面探讨了我国发行体育彩票产生的效应。体育彩票的发行为我国体育事业带来了活力 ,但同时在发展过程中也带来了负效应。应该兴利除弊 ,以保障体育彩票产业的健康发展。
With the method of literature and information,this paper has made an analysis of the effects of sports lottery tickets from the angle of positive and negative.As a new thing,the distributions of sports lottery tickets bring vigor for the development of our P.E. enterprise.But meanwhile,we should pay attention to their negative effects.In order to ensure the healthy development of sports lottery industry,we should develop the positive effects and get rid of the negative ones.
