摘要
分析了不锈钢工业用焊管 GTAW及 PAW自动焊焊缝中心线出现凹陷及凝固裂缝的形态特征、产生原因及其影响因素。指出了在大直径不锈钢管生产的拼板及纵缝焊接时都应特别注意控制焊接参数 。
The shape characteristics,occurrence reason and effect factors of centerline indentation and solidification cracking of GTAW and PAW weld surface at stainless steel welded pipe used for industrial have been analyzed in this paper.It has been suggested that adequate selecting and controlling welding parameters,especially welding speed is very importation in production of large diameter stainless steel welded pipe in order to prevent excessive centerline indentation and solidification cracking of weld surface.
