On the base of the development process of Aluminium and Aluminium alloy standard spectrum speciments, this paper discussed the methods of improving the homogenization of spectrum speciments from the view of development process, adding method and procedure detection, ensuring that the developed standard speciment should meet the requirements of spectrum analysis.
