摘要
分析了酸再生炉内温度及空气系数对氧化铁粉质量的影响 ,确定了最佳的温度范围 ,找出了空气量控制模型中人工操作参数与燃烧发热量的关系 ,提出了适应燃烧发热量变化的空气供入量控制模型。运行结果表明 :在设定的温度范围内 ,采用提出的空气系数控制模型后 ,生产过程稳定 ,氧化铁粉质量合格率由原来的 60 %提高 90 % 。
The influence of temperature and air excess factors on the quality of ferric oxide powder were analyzed.The optimum temperature range and relationship between the manual operation and fuel calorific value were deduced.The control model of air supply adapted to fuel calorific value was put forward.The results show that the production process is steady and the eligibility of ferric oxide powder increases from 60% to 90%.The economic benefit was promoted obviously.
