摘要
针对电磁轴承复杂多变的测试分析要求 ,采用虚拟仪器 (VI)、计算机、数字信号处理等技术 ,研制了具有分析功能的通用测试平台。介绍了它的硬件、软件组成以及具体实施方法。该测试平台已用于 32 0 0m3/h膨胀机组样机所有环节的试验测试和性能分析 。
In accordance with the complicated and varying requirements of testing and analyzing electromagnetic bearings, a commonly used testing pltaform with analysis function is developed by using virtual instrument (VI), computer and digital signal processing technology. The hardware, software composition and concrete implementing strategy of the platform are presented. The testing platform has been used in experimental test and performance analysis of all the elements of the trial machine of 3200m 3/h expansion unit with excellent result.
