摘要
半钢子午胎全自动裁断机控制系统由A系列可编程序控制器与J2系列数字交流伺服系统构成,通过人机交互系统完成规格裁断的设定和基本操作。主机传送带满足精度要求的定长控制是对接成功的前提,其中定长控制的参数设置与校正非常重要。通过全数字交流伺服定位系统位置模式控制参数的组合,较好地解决了这一问题。实际运行结果表明:系统综合性能指标符合工艺要求,定长裁断误差小于±1mm。
The automatic semisteel redial ply tyre cutter control system is composed of the MELSECA programmable controller and the MELSERVOJ2 system.The control system works in conjunction with a manmachime system to perform the given operation and jobs.The precision host conveyer belt is a prerequisite for a successful splicer.The setting and calibration of parameters for a position module is very important.The digital alternating servo control system can keep the position control parameters in harmony with one another,thus working out a solution satisfactorily.The actual results show that the performance targets can meet the technological requirements.The position error is less than ± 1mm.
