摘要
提出了一种基于虚拟仪器平台LabWindows/CVI和PLC的发动机进排气系统稳流试验装置。该装置可以对进气管、排气管、脉冲转换器或MPC三通接头、中冷器、增压器放气阀或EGR阀进行稳流试验,从而确定流量系数、流动阻力系数或压力损失系数。并能完成压力、温度、流量等参数的实时测量、调整、处理和后续分析。文中重点介绍了排气管吹风试验系统和测控系统的设计与调试。整个装置具有集成度高、精确度高、稳定可靠、人机友好等特点。
A steady flow tester for engines intake and exhaust systems based on Labwindows/CVI and PLC is discussed in this paper.Some tests can be carried out by this tester for inlet manifold,exhaust manifold,MPC 3way tiein,intercooler,turbocharger exhaust valves or EGR valves.Some values can be calculated,such as flow coefficient,flow resistance coefficient and pressure loss coefficient.The preesure,temperature,flow and so on can be handled by realtime measurement,adjustment,disposal and analysis on this tester.The paper also discusses the design and debugging of the exhaust flow test system and the measurement control system.The tester has some merits,such as higher integration degree,high precision,higher stability and manmachine coordination.
