锂离子电池正极材料LiCo_(1-x)Ni_xO_2的制备和性能 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF LiCo_1-xNi_xO_2 USED AS CATHODE FOR LITHIUM ION BATTERY

摘要 以柠檬酸为螫合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在800℃下的空气环境中合成了不同x值的离子电池正极材料LiCo1-xNixO2,当x<0.5时,产物具有比较好的层状结构,并且随着x的增加,产物的充放电容量也随着升高;当x=0.5时,产物LiCo1-xNixO2的首次充放电容世分别为169和148 mA·h/g,循环10次后,放电容量仍达到129 mA·h/g.当x>0.5时,由于发生分解反应,生成了非化学计量产物,其结构上存在缺陷,电化学性能也随着衰减. Compounds LiCo1-xNixO2 with different x values were prepared by sol-gel synthetic method, in which citric acid was used as chelating agent and the chelate was calcined at 800 V in air, environment. When x is less than 0.5, the products have good layered structures. Their charge and discharge capacities increase with the increment of Ni amount. When x is 0.5, the first charge and discharge capacities of product are 169 and 148 mA.h/g respectively, and the tenth discharge capacity of product is 129 mA.h/g. When x is more than 0.5, non-stoichiometric products with impefect structures are produced due to decomposing reaction, and their electrochemical properties become worse.
