摘要
以透射电镜 (TEM )为主要手段研究了回火对 14Ni3CrMoV锻钢微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,该钢正火后形成复杂的贝氏体组织以及块状残留奥氏体和少量孪晶马氏体 ;6 70℃回火后 ,碳化物大量析出 ,均匀分布在贝氏体片条上 ,并有球化倾向 ;非板条基体上的碳化物仍保持一定的方向性 ,显示原铁素体板条的位向。
The effect of tempering on the microstructure and toughness of wrought 14Ni3CrMoV steel has been investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that a microstructure including composite bainites,block shaped retained austenites and a little twin martensite has been formed after normalization.After tempering at 670℃,a lot of carbides precipitate and distribute evenly on the bainitic laths,and have a tendency to become spherical.The carbides on the non lathed matrix keep a certain orientation and reveal the orientation of the original bainitic ferrite.The change in microstructure has greatly improved the impact toughness of the steel.
